Job Description/ Duties:

This position is responsible for managing Head Start program systems, as outlined in the Head Start Program Performance Standards, for Financial Management. This position works with grantees, childcare partners, delegates, and community agency staff to support compliance with Head Start Program Performance Standards, city and state childcare licensing requirements. This position covers all grant options to include, but limited to:  EHS, HS, GSRP, CCP, etc.


Minimum requirements is an Associates degree with two years of demonstrated general bookkeeping experience; one year of experience in a Federal grants, Head Start or non-profit program. Understanding of federal requirements, Head Start Performance Standards, state, and local childcare licensing requirements, and IDEA Part C requirements.
